Joan Michel

With over 40 years in customer service and banking, I’ve worked my way through nearly every role—from cashier at a convenience store to the banking world where I’ve been a teller, customer service representative, credit manager, mortgage officer, and trainer. I’ve found joy in coaching teams, mentoring peers, and building lifelong relationships with clients. A proud single mom and Nana to five children and eight grandchildren, my passion is people—both inside and outside the bank. I truly love what I do.
