Theresa Oram

Hi. My name is, Theresa Oram, I am originally from Southern California. I moved to Utah, during my high school years, and now call Ogden my forever home. I am married to the world’s best husband, I have 3 children, 4 grandchildren and a grand puppy. I enjoy photography and reading.

I have worked in and around adjudicated juveniles for the last 27 years. I started in 1996, with Juvenile Justice Services and have worked as a Support Specialist for 20 case managers/parole officers, a Medicaid Eligibility Specialist, Fiduciary Funds Analyst, Auditor and Investigator. For the last 27 years I have made it my mission to ensure the health and safety of Utah’s vulnerable populations, especially, the teenagers. I have served on the Board for the Utah Correctional Association and the American Youth Soccer Association. I have volunteered with the Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, and many school booster.
